Christina Torres is a community herbalist, somatic practitioner, and educator based in the Hudson Valley, New York. Her practice integrates herbal medicine, somatic awareness, and education to support women’s health, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.

Her work is shaped by many lineages—through teachers, through tradition, and through ancestral memory. Her studies in herbalism and somatics include training with ancestral knowledge, eco-somatics, and land stewardship, alongside continued traditional learning through mentorship and practice.

Guided by both study and lineage—rooted in her Mexican and Paiute ancestry and in a deepening relationship with plant medicine—her approach to this work as a practice of ritual - listening, tending, and remembering. She continues to learn what it means to walk in relationship with the plants: to listen closely, to care with intention, and to honor the wisdom carried across generations.
